1. Who we are
Logic Aspire ("we", "us") is a software and IT services company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@logicaspire.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 10 minutes to stop the contact form being abused.
- Analytics: only if you allow analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
We don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include it in your messages.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project: our legitimate interest, or steps you asked for before entering a contract.
- To deliver services to clients: performance of a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interest.
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We never sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run our business, under agreements that protect it:
- our website hosting and email providers, which process form submissions and emails;
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when our pages load their fonts;
- an analytics provider, only if you consent.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and our providers may process data in other countries. When personal data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the contract and as long afterwards as tax and legal obligations require.
- Rate-limiting data: 10 minutes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email contact@logicaspire.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and protect our systems with industry-standard controls.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
